each dish that we prepare have its own distinctive aroma and flavour which cannot come from using curry jar l(ike some of our competitors use) but only by carefully selected herbs and spices selected by our award winning chef

LOCALLY SOURCED

we select our lambs from a local abattoir (euro quality lambs) and chicken is bought from local butchers as well. and we try to get as much locally produced vegetables as possible
